ABOUT THE AUTHOR

DAVE MILLER

He grew up in New York in the 1970s, surrounded by a golden age of comedy and entertainment. From Abbott and Costello, Laurel and Hardy, Bugs Bunny, to Monty Python, Steve Martin, and Robin Williams, comedy became a lifelong passion.

Naturally shy and faced with some learning difficulties as a kid, Dave found his voice through imagination and humor. After serving in the military, he worked in film production and television commercials in Manhattan before eventually taking his own stand-up comedy act on the road.

Later, Dave stepped away from performing to raise his son. When life finally slowed down, he returned to creating—and began writing Santa’s Epic Tokyo Escapade.

His goal was simple: write the kind of action-adventure comedy he would have loved as a kid and would still enjoy today—a story parents and kids can experience together, laughing for different reasons.

Make them laugh. Take them somewhere unexpected. And never stop having adventures.
